- How can I take care of my wig?

Prepare some warm water

Put shampoo hair conditioner

Wash it correctly with your hands.

(P- S: vou can soak it too for 15 minutes)

Comb the hair

Rinse off the product that you put previously

Blow dry it or air dry it

Put some oil and style it!

- Is there a possibility of return?

Due to stringent hygiene standards, returns will only be accepted for products with manufacturing defects.

- Can I track my order in real time?

Yes, we will send you an email with your tracking number in it. You can either search on fedex or DHL depending on the company assign to your package or on our page “Track your order"

- What are the delivery time?

Delivery times vary based on your location, the chosen shipping method, and weather conditions. Please check the tracking page with your tracking number for update delivery.

- What are the delivery time for custom wigs?

We strive to process all orders within 3 to 7 business days following order confirmation. Shipping takes 3 - 5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility

- Can I cancel my custom order?

You have 48 hours to cancel your order. After that we will not be able to give you back your money.

- What customization options are available for wigs?

Must be 30 inch and plus, a colour that is not on our site OR anything else.

- What is the quality of the wigs offered by Charmurself?

Our Raw Hair come from Southeast Asian contries such as Vietnam, Myanmar and Combodia. They come from one single donor, are unprocessed & very long lasting. Raw is considered high quality because it retains its natural texture, shine, and strength. They can be straightened, curled, etc.. You have to take good care of it (wash, dry them, moisturize etc...)

Virgin hair refers to hair that has been chemically processed or treated, such as dyed, bleached, permed, or chemically straightened. Virgin hair is sourced from multiple donor from Southeast Asian Countries. It retains its natural texture, shine, and strength. It offers versatility in styling and can be treated like natural hair, allowing for various styling options such as dyeing, heat styling, and more.

- Can I speed up the delivery process?

No but you can choose the priority option. That means that we put your order infront of every order that we have, as a priority.

- Can Charmurself wigs be dyed or styled differently?

 They can be straightened, curled and dyed etc.. You have to take good care of it (wash, dry them, moisturize etc...)
